Off the Blocks is an external squads and elite swimmers program. They will be running a Kick Start Swim Camp during the school holidays at Sans Souci Leisure Centre, and have extended the invitation to our Shark, Croc, and Mini Squad students.
Program Details
- Dates: Monday 29th September – Wednesday 1st October
- Time: 7:30am – 9:00am each morning
- Location: Sans Souci Leisure Centre
- Cost: $100 (covers all three sessions)
- Open to: Off the Blocks squad swimmers, plus Shark, Croc, and Mini Squad students
Program focus:
- Technique and stroke development
- Endurance and fitness
- Skill-building in a squad environment
This is an opportunity for swimmers to continue their training across the school holidays with the Off the Blocks team.
